Significance of Hydrogen
Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe, making up around 75% of the mass of our universe and is essential in the formation of stars and planets, including Earth.
The environment on Earth was once hydrogen based prior to transitioning to an oxygen based environment. It is notable to mention that hydrogen is the smallest element in the universe.
Hundreds of scientific studies have been carried out on molecular hydrogen all over the world concluding that molecular hydrogen is a powerful and selective antioxidant which specifically targets and neutralizes harmful free radicals. Molecular hydrogen is clean and safe. In addition, molecular hydrogen activates antioxidant enzymes in our cells thus amplifying the body's natural ability to offset free radicals.
Scientists have studied naturally occurring hydrogen rich water sources in nature for decades and have discovered multiple benefits of such waters. Today hydrogen rich water can be found at various locations around the world including the United States, Mexico, Ecuador, France, Germany and Japan, just to name a few. Often in these locations, life spans are extended, and quality of life is enhanced, leading researches to dub these places "Blue Zones".
